Tincombe Park is a cherished 15 acres of green space and nature reserve located in the west of Saltash.

Tincombe Park offers a variety of natural environments, including peaceful rides, glades, open meadows, a gently flowing stream, wetland areas, and a frog pond. It is a popular spot for nature lovers, dog walkers, and families and is accessible from Maybrook Drive, Oaklands Drive, and various local footpaths in Saltash.

In 2010 Tincombe became the first place to host a community orchard for the Saltash Apple Project (SAP) organised by Saltash Environmental Action (AKA Saltash in Transition) for the ‘Making Saltash Greener’ Transition Festival. Historically, much of Tincombe was an Orchard and so this project helped restore some of Tincombe back to it’s origins.

Tincombe valley was chosen as the starting point for the "Forest for Cornwall" project, which aims to plant a large number of trees across the county by 2030, with 105 trees planted there in 2019.

The old quarry at Tincombe which was quarried for Blue Elvan stone, turns out to be an area of historical and archaeological interest. According to Cornwall Council the area is post medieval.

The site is listed as one of the nature reserves near Saltash managed by the Cornwall Wildlife Trust.
