Dairyland Farmworld

The Milking Parlour
Over 140 Friesian cows are milked every day in our merry-go-round parlour, the first of its kind in the country. It's the very heart of the farm and designed to allow visitors an unequalled view of modern milking as it actually happens. Learn how cows produce milk and see how Cornish dairy products are made - clotted cream, butter and real ice cream.
