The room you are in is some sort of grand dining hall.
A long table, large enough to seat some forty or
fifty people,
stands in the centre, edged with chairs.
Various doors and passageways lead from the room,
but you are particularly interested in two wide staircases
which lead upwards to either end of a balcony overlooking the hall.
Paintings and suits of armour decorate the walls. The room is empty.
