The Chocolate Factory and Craft Centre started life back in 1999 by transforming the old farm buildings of Trenance Barton Farm into Mullion Meadows. In 2001 Pauline and Martin Raftery together with their son Jon began the work of expanding the centre to what it is today. Jonathan trained as a chocolatier and has run the Chocolate Factory from the day the family took over. His partner Emma joined Trenance Chocolate to assist with the smooth running of the busy business.
Trenance Chocolate is unique in many ways, not only can you choose from a vast array of all things chocolate. Trenance Chocolate seems to have all tastes covered, from small bite size bars to indulgent boxes of handmade chocolates, they use over twelve tons of chocolate each year.
Gallery Anthony was established in 2001 by husband and wife artists, Anthony and Marjorie Smith. Over the years they have developed it into a customer centred space; giving visitors, their children and their dogs a warm, welcoming environment in which to view and explore the vibrant and dramatic artwork, which is inspired by the Cornish land and seascape. The gallery is also their studio, enabling visitors to see the work as it progresses.
We produce a wide range of natural skincare products from our factory shop here in sunny Cornwall. All of our skin care products are made containing a dash of pure local honey. The local area is abundant with wild flowers and heathers. The bees collect pollen from this wide and unique variety of blooms and produce a fragrant and aromatic honey. We are always adding new skin care creams and skin treatments and lotions, to care naturally for your skin.
Finding the right holiday cottages in Cornwall is how every great holiday begins. In the mood for adventure on Cornwall’s rugged north coast? Looking for a tranquil hideaway for a romantic weeks break? Either way, we’ve got somewhere in Cornwall that’s just right for you.
Our cosy coffee shop is well worth a visit, offering light lunches, home-made cakes, Cornish Cream Teas, delicious milk shakes made with ice cream and a full range of espresso coffees including latte and cappuccino. Outside there are two terrace areas where you can sit and watch the world go by, very much a favourite during those lovely summer days.

Mullion Mades is a cornucopia of colour as you step through the door to a warm welcome from Gill. She knits and crochets ready to wear items; visitors delight in her children’s and baby clothes and her baby blankets and shawls are extremely popular. She takes commissions so that you can choose your own designs and colours.
Mullion Glass Studio and Workshop was opened on 1st May 2016 and has enjoyed a wonderful first year. Zoe Schoning is the resident glass artist and before having her own Studio she was based in Gallery Anthony just next door.
Our llamas can be found in the field behind the car park and Rock Paper Scissors. They are gentle, inquisitive creatures who may follow you as far as the first stile if you follow the footpath through our land. Don't worry, they are fenced in! You can continue onto the cliffs above Mullion Cove and the total walk is about ten minutes.
The newest addition to our site here, Lisa opened The Little Craft Shack in April 2025, and continues to go from strength to strength. So much more than "just a sewing shop", Lisa stocks all sorts of haberdashery, cards, handmade gifts and a few curiosities she has picked up along the way! In a small space, all sorts of treasures can be found.
